TAYLOR FISH & CHIPS

Using only the freshest ingredients (fish we caught and cut ourselves) and our signature breading, you will be sure to enjoy one of our many perch, pickerel or shrimp dinners. For those craving something other than fish, our Breaded Chicken Finger Meal or new Nashville Chicken Sandwich is a fun and tasty alternative.

THE CHIP TRUCK 

Each morning the Taylor Fish boats head out to make a fresh catch of Walleye, Yellow and White Perch. Once back on shore, our processing plant takes the greatest care to provide you with the highest quality of both fresh and frozen fillets. From May to October you can head outside to enjoy a fresh perch, walleye, shrimp or chicken dinner at the Chip Truck. Within the span of a day we catch, cut, cook and serve your fish dinner, making our Chip Truck a true lake-to-plate experience.

 Make yourself at home under our tents to enjoy a  truly authentic meal. The Taylor Fish Chip Truck consistently delivers the absolute freshest lake fish meals in southern Ontario. Try our fish, seasoned to perfection with our famous One–Step Breading. There is nothing like it!

"While spending a few days on the Lake Erie shore, we discovered Taylor Fish Company and stopped a their Chip Truck for lunch. Absolutely the best Pickerel and fries ever! Perfectly cooked, well priced and nice, safe atmosphere to sit and enjoy in the fresh air.
Enjoyed the lunch so much, went back two days later for a repeat and again, just excellent!"
